The Closers Common is something different: a low-pressure, inclusive space for revenue focused professionals to connect, swap insights, and build a meaningful and supportive network. Based in Edmonton, we focus on both in person and virtual events.
We’re here to create a community where everyone feels welcome. Especially for those who haven’t always seen themselves reflected in the current spaces.

Megan Martin
Co-Founder, Sales and Leadership
With nearly 18 years in sales & account management, Megan has worked across tech, healthtech, and AI security. She spent many years leading performing teams and mentoring along the way.
Megan spends her spare time painting, cooking, trying new games, and attending local Edmonton events. She enjoys travelling and experiencing new places and cuisine.
Kim Winter
Co-Founder, Experienced Sales Expert
Kim is a seasoned sales pro with 14+ years in B2B and B2C, focused on enterprise tech and SaaS. She is skilled in negotiations, rapport building, public speaking, and an avid learner.
Outside of work, she's a hobbyist writer, storyteller, cocktail mixologist and event emcee. She loves spending time with her Frenchie, Poppy Jade, and supporting all things YEG.
